Heart sports
Exercise on medical prescription — under expert guidance and medical supervision, in a group.
Since October 2026, SV LöWi has its own heart sports group. Heart sports is outpatient rehabilitation sport for people with cardiovascular disease — for example after a heart attack, heart surgery or with heart failure.
Sessions take place under expert guidance and medical supervision. Everyone trains according to their own capacity — with endurance, strength and flexibility exercises, games and relaxation in the group.
A medical prescription for rehabilitation sport (heart sports) is required to take part.
Costs: €22 membership fee per month plus a €5 additional fee for heart sports per month.
