The wide range of activities already hinted at leaves little to be desired. As soon as children can walk in west Cologne, they go to children’s gymnastics at age two, with mum or dad. Staggered by age, this offer runs through different groups up to the 5- to 6-year-olds.

When children start school, SV LöWi offers mixed children’s gymnastics groups in which, up to lower secondary school age, the much-lamented motor skill deficits of “today’s youth” do not arise in the first place.
